How often to run a performance review?
Twice a year: in December and in June
Step 1 - Questionnaire
Send to all teammates (except team leaders) a questionnaire (use typeform or google form) with the below steps:

We are very happy that you are working with us! We hope that work in {{company}} brings you not only challenges, but also joy and happiness. However to understand better how you feel working with us, we kindly ask you to complete this questionnaire.
The performance review will consist out of 3 steps:
- Personal Questionnaire
- Meeting with HR
- Meeting with your team leader

- What has been interesting in your work over the past six months?
- What did you fail to achieve? Why? What can be done to achieve this?
- What do you like most about your job?
- What do you dislike most about your job?
- What do you think about the current load? Are you coping or is it difficult for you?
- What can convince you to resign to work in another place?
- Which team member is the most difficult to work with? Why?
- Who would you like to work with more often? Why?
- Does everyone on the team give their best?
- Have you ever felt uncomfortable with a team \ in our company? Why? What caused this feeling?
- Are there any issues we should be aware of?
- If you could change something in your work right now, what would it be?
- Do you feel you are receiving feedback as you deserve? Is it useful for your personal development?
- Are you satisfied with your salary? What are the expectations for salary in the future?
- Due to the fact you are working remotely, do you have any complications doing your job? Do you feel that something is missing?
- Do you feel well informed about company activities, rules, policies, etc?
- Do you feel connected with other team members?
- What do you like or dislike the most about working remotely?
- Do you have any ideas for online activities to support team spirit?

Step 3 - Meeting with HR (optional)
Once the questionnaires are received, HR schedules 1o1 meetings with each team member.
The goal is to discuss their thoughts and feeling about working in {{company}}, to enrich the questionnaire or clarify some points.
Step 2 - Evaluate the questionnaire
HR groups the questionnaires by department, and share them with the respective team leaders.
HR asks each team leader to prepare a written feedback for each teammate.
Team leader prepares also argumentation if salary raise (if needed).
Below a list of info to collect for each teammate:
- Name
- Good points
- Not very good points
- To be improved
- Salary notes
Step 3 - Intra-Managers feedback meeting
Once questionnaires are evaluated and written feedback by the team leader is ready, schedule meetings between CEO and each team leader. The goal is to have an overview of the questionnaires, written feedback and discuss the salary raises.
